As indicated in our email sent last week to affected account holders, if your email accounts are no longer working or you would like to make sure your account settings are correct:
- If your mails servers are set up as mail.yourdomainname.co.za then you will not have any interruption in service.
- If you are set up as a SSL account and using the mail servers: cp04.cphost.co.za this must be updated to: rs1.cphost.co.za
- If you are sending and receiving emails using an IP address please update to mail.yourdomainname.co.za or rs1.cphost.co.za for SSL set up.
