What is needed to get an ADSL connection?

To be connected to the IDS ADSL facility you will need a few things frst:

  • A Telkom telephone line.
  • ADSL service connect onto this line via Telkom.
  • An ADSL Modem/Router
Once you have all of the above in place, then purchase an ADSL package from IDS Hosting you will be sent some information to your IDS Hosting registered email address included will be a username and password. Login to your router/modem and replace the existing username & password with the new info we sent and reboot, you will then be connect to the faster ADSL in South Africa.
