Email settings - local

Incoming & outgoing Mail server: mail.yourdomainname.co.za
(if an IP is used replace with the above)

Username is the full email address.

SMTP must be authenticated.
Under more settings: SMTP tab: Check, must be authenticated (MS Outlook)

Under advanced tab, ports must be 110 and 25 for POP non SSL OR
IMAP ports non SSL: 143 and 25

Encrypted settings: 993 and 465 for POP settings OR
995 and 463 for IMAP settings

If you are getting a password username error, update the emails password in your cPanel:
http://yourdomain.co.za/cpanel
And update the password on your device/s.

If you cannot access your cPanel please send us an email from your registered email address for your WELCOME email to be resent.
